Struggling with meetings or meetings? Make it easier!
For your business meeting or conference we have several systems. One option is a conference set with table microphones that you can turn on and off yourself using a button on the microphone itself. This way you can have a private meeting and have control over the microphones yourself. If necessary, we set up the system with a chairperson's post with overrule function.
You can also rent a conference phone from us, called the Spiderphone. This provides a convenient landline for your meeting in several rooms including installation by one of our technicians.
Preceding the meeting with a plenary speech? We take care of the integration of a lectern microphone in the discussion system so that all participants understand the speech well.
Several nationalities present? Then we integrate interpreter booths and interpreter systems into the discussion system so that participants can participate in the meeting in their own language.
Does a meeting require voting on agenda items? Then we integrate a voting system into the discussion system. If desired, we can also record the results.
In meetings and presentations where the press and public are also present, we can also expand the sound of the discussion systems with branches. In this way the journalists receive a high quality audio source which improves the reporting of the meeting in the press.
